Warner, Sr., a citizen of Buford, Georgia, passed away at the age of 96 on the morning of Sunday, August 28, 2022, at the Wilkinson Residential Health Care Center in Amsterdam, New York. After being seized from his house in Tribes Hill, he was delivered there.
He was born on September 4, 1925, in Amsterdam, New York, as the son of Phillip Warner, who had lost away prior to his birth, and Mona Clark Warner, who had passed away prior to his birth. Both of his parents had passed away prior to his birth. The Amsterdam public school system was where Stanford earned both his primary and secondary education, respectively.
