Warner, Sr., a citizen of Buford, Georgia, passed away at the age of 96 on the morning of Sunday, August 28, 2022, at the Wilkinson Residential Health Care Center in Amsterdam, New York. After being seized from his house in Tribes Hill, he was delivered there.
He was born on September 4, 1925, in Amsterdam, New York, as the son of Phillip Warner, who had lost away prior to his birth, and Mona Clark Warner, who had passed away prior to his birth. Both of his parents had passed away prior to his birth. The Amsterdam public school system was where Stanford earned both his primary and secondary education, respectively.
Utilities Foreman was one of his responsibilities at the Niagara Mohawk Power Company, where he worked up to the time that he decided to leave that role. Throughout the years 1943 to 1946, Stanford was a member of the United States Navy. During his time in the Navy, he did honorable service for his country throughout World War II.
