Spencer Merrill Obituary, Death Cause – Hello to all of you! It’s possible that some of you already know this, but our dear Spencer left this world far too soon after a courageous battle with cancer. In the early hours of that day, he and his two traveling companions were on their way to a work location when an intoxicated driver crossed the center line, collided with them in a head-on collision, and instantly took all three of their lives.
In the month of January, he came to the conclusion that it was time for him to uproot his life and begin a new chapter in San Antonio, Texas. We are making this request to you in the hopes of reuniting him with his family and providing him with the kind of care and attention that he so justly deserves in his new surroundings. We are reaching out to you for aid because we are concerned about his well-being.
Everyone who had the good fortune to meet him, spend time with him, or fall in love with him can attest to the profound effect he had on their lives. He was one of those people who made a difference. He was a man who left a lasting impression on the hearts of many.
Our early responses included feelings of terror, wrath, and irritation. We couldn’t believe what we were seeing. We felt a great deal of affection for Spencer. My sister and I will need to contribute some money in order for Austin to be able to come home and cover the costs associated with his burial and funeral, all of which will fall under our financial responsibility.
