Shane was a talented Jiu Jitsu athlete as well as a coach. Because to his accomplishments in the sport, he was held in high regard by his peers. Because of his efforts in the sport, he was accorded a great deal of respect by his contemporaries.
His students went on to become some of the best Jiu Jitsu practitioners in Pennsylvania, and he has left behind an excellent legacy for them to carry forward with them. His students have continued his legacy.
