Scott Hevel Obituary, Cause Of Death – received his high school graduation from Allegany High School in the year 1956. He served in the United States Air Force from the years 1956 to 1960, the entirety of his time there. Prior to that, he had previously been a member of the United States Naval Reserves. After working for Kelly-Springfield as a supervisor in the tire testing center for 34 and a half years, he made the decision to retire and take some time off after he reached that milestone.
enjoyed spending time with his family, being near the seaside, and being outside in nature. It was one of his favorite things to do. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Linda (Sebold) Hevel; his son, Robert “Bob” Hevel and wife Tonya; his daughters, Wendy VanMeter and husband Chuck, and Jessica Maffett and husband Kevin; his three grandchildren, Sierra Hevel, Carson VanMeter, and Chase VanMeter; his sister, Marilyn Bischof; a number of nieces and nephews; and a special friend, Aaron Blocher. He will be greatly missed.

On the evening of Monday, November 8, 2021, from four to seven o’clock in the evening, the Scarpelli Funeral Home, P.A. in Cresaptown, which is located at 15205 McMullen Highway SW, will be open to accept guests, including members of the family and friends.
At eleven in the morning on Tuesday, November 9, 2021, there will be a funeral service held at the funeral home, and the Reverend Ken Hamilton will preside over the ceremony. The burial will take place at Restlawn Memorial Gardens, which has been selected as the site. The military funeral rites are going to be carried out by the Fort Cumberland Post 13 Honor Guard for the departed service member.
