During this trying time, our thoughts and prayers are with the family and friends of Nicholas Radoycis Jr.
As a volunteer firefighter for the McKees Rocks Independent Volunteer Fire Department, Radoycis devoted the final 38 years of his life to serving the community of McKees Rocks. Throughout those 28 years, We worked in the fire department, where I eventually became Chief after working my way up through the ranks.
We would like to express our deepest condolences to all of his friends and family members, as well as to everyone here at Station 189, on his untimely passing. Hearing about your loss has left us feeling incredibly sad and helpless.
