Nada Jovanovic Obituary, Cause Of Death – On March 7, 2020, Nada Jovanovic, who had been a resident of Erie, Pennsylvania all his life, passed away. He was 97 years old at the time of his death. His birthday, which occurred on March 1st, 1923, was celebrated in the city of Ugljevic, which belonged to Yugoslavia during that time period. In 1957, he was able to successfully become a citizen of the United States after completing the necessary steps.
After serving in the Allied Forces during World War II, he went on to spend the next 30 years of his life working at Saint Vincent Hospital. He passed away after a long and fruitful career there. Since 1978, he had been a member of St. Nicholas Orthodox Church, and he had been going there ever since then to participate in the church’s services.
Before he passed away, each of his three brothers as well as his wife of 53 years, Inge Perthen Jovanovic, left the house. His wife had also passed away before his passing. He is survived by his three daughters, Cvieta Jovanovich of Maryland, and Nada Jovanovich of High Point, North Carolina.
