Kayla Cobb Obituary, Cause Of Death – An indictment has been handed down against a woman from Franklin County who is accused of committing vehicular homicide: Kayla Cobb, age 25, is facing charges in connection with a car accident that took place on New Bethel Road in Franklin County in June of 2017.
An accident that resulted in her passenger, Curtis Hall, age 23, sustaining injuries that were considered to be life-threatening. The accident took place in Franklin County. Hall was pronounced dead shortly after being taken to the Piedmont Athens Regional Medical Center from his previous location. At the time of the collision, it is speculated that Cobb was under the influence of alcohol while operating a motor vehicle.
Two teens from Buford have been arrested in Hall County on suspicion of holding a pizza delivery driver hostage with a pistol. The arrests were made in connection with the alleged incident. The two juvenile suspects, ages 14 and 15, are suspected of carrying out the holdup with a gun that turned out to be a hoax.
The boys are accused of using the gun to rob a bank. They are being held at the regional Youth Detention Center in Gainesville on suspicion of committing crimes such as aggravated assault and armed robbery, among other alleged offenses. These were delivered to that location earlier on today. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) carried out a gang bust in Gwinnett County, which led to the arrest of two individuals in Lawrenceville and is likely to result in future arrests.
