Katie Ashmore Obituary, Cause Of Death – Katie Ashmore, in addition to Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Lawrence Campbell Ashmore, who was 81 years old and lived in Greenville and was married to Katie Lee Ashmore, passed away on Friday, October 9, 2015. He was the spouse of Katie Lee Ashmore.
He was born in Greenville, and both of his parents, John P., Sr. and Sue Campbell Ashmore, have passed away since he was born there. He was given the same name as his father. In addition to completing his schooling at Presbyterian College, Lawrence also spent some time serving in the military for the United States of America.
He worked for Metro Connects as a manager for the company on a full-time basis and held that position. He was an active participant in the Hejaz Shrine Club for a significant chunk of his life. Along with his wife of 56 years, he is survived by their daughter, Laura Lee Ashmore Hinkle, who currently resides in Smithfield.
