Frank Cook Obituary, Cause Of Death – His father worked as a chemical engineer and moved the family several times before finally settling in Satellite Beach. It was there that Frank attended Satellite Beach High School and developed a passion for surfing that has lasted him the rest of his life. Before finally settling down in Satellite Beach, his father uprooted the family multiple times throughout their journey.
Frank continued his education at the University of Florida, where he received a degree in Biochemistry and a minor in Rush Week Party Crashing. The latter was something that he accomplished with his best friend Ray Christian, and it was a requirement for the degree. Frank is now working as a biochemist. After that, Frank decided to pursue a career in medicine and graduated with his doctorate in 1980. During his time as an undergraduate student in Blue Springs,
Florida, he participated in a unique event in which he rescued and revived a diver. This event served as the incentive for his decision to pursue a career in the field of medicine. At that very moment, Frank was confident that he would devote his entire life to using his medical skills to help other people in some capacity. It was at University Hospital (Shands) in Jacksonville that he concluded his residency in orthopedic surgery.
It was also there that he met the lady who would become his wife and partner for the following 31 years, Julie. He once got up to the nines, leased a limousine, enthusiastically waved at the gate keeper as they glided past, and thoroughly enjoyed a posh riverfront party where a friend was performing in the band. This took place while he and Julie were in Jacksonville. Since then, he had worked hard to hone his skills as a party crasher, and he had reached the point where he could successfully pull this off.
