March 3, 2023. He was the beloved husband of Susan (nee Suttell) Smith, to whom he had been married for 56 years; the beloved father of Melissa (John) Wolf; the dear brother of Carl (late Serena) Smith, Mary (late Timothy) McCutcheon, and Susan McGowan; the late Frank (late Louise), late Edward (late Karen), and late Clarence (late Joyce); and the late David (late Marie) Smith; and he is also survived by a large number of niece No prior Family and friends are welcome to join a Mass of Christian Burial that will be held on Thursday, March 16, at 9:00 AM.
The service will take place at St. Leo the Great Church in Amherst, New York, which can be found at 885 Sweet Home Road. 885 Sweet Home Road is the location that you may find St. Leo the Great Church at. Everyone is strongly encouraged to congregate at the church at the hour that has been stated. Donations can be donated to the Western New York Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association, which has its headquarters in Amherst, New York, in place of the more common practice of sending flowers as a token of condolence.
