David Barrett Obituary, Death Cause – The Grand Lodge of Ontario would like to extend its most sincere sympathies to Brother David Barrett’s family and friends on the passing of ROH Grand Primo David Barrett on March 4, 2023. David Barrett was a member of the Barrett family. On that very date, David Barrett passed away.
David Barrett belonged to the Barrett family and always identified as a Barrett. David Barrett also thought of himself as a Barrett.
After being initiated into the fraternity at the White Ensign Lodge 4611 GLE on July 4, 1974, Brother David became a full-fledged member of the organization for the very first time.
This moment marked the beginning of Brother David’s participation in the fraternity as it was the time of his initiation ritual, which was held during this period. It wasn’t until the 15th of June in 1975 that he was exalted to the second degree, and it wasn’t until the 1st of October in 1985 that he was promoted to the third degree. Both of these promotions came nearly a decade after he was first initiated
. The day he received his third degree was September 25th, 1978, and the day he was exalted was October 1st, 1985. His academic career lasted from 1978 till 1985. In addition, Brother David Barrett was a member of the Ontario Grand Lodge in addition to the eight subordinate lodges that fell under the jurisdiction of the Grand Lodge. These lodges fell under the jurisdiction of the Grand Lodge.
The Grand Lodge was responsible for enforcing its rules and regulations over these lodges. In addition to this, David served as President of the Fred Smith Roll of Honor Assembly in the year 1993 and as PGP of the Hamilton and District in the year 1985. All of these positions were held simultaneously.
David was successful in securing both of these roles. In addition to that, David’s name was engraved on the Fred Smith Roll of Honor, making him a member of that prestigious organization. During the course of the same calendar year, two different individuals served in both of these roles.
