Dakota Davis, age 23, was tragically killed on Friday when a tree in the backyard of the home he shared with his grandmother on Rocky Hill Road in Penny Mills Huddleston collapsed onto the apartment he was living in behind the house.

The authorities claim that the tree fell over and crushed the small apartment, where Davis’s body was found after he had already passed away. Ms. Huddleston, however, stated that this information was incorrect and that Davis was, in fact, 23 years old.
