Alan Davies Obituary Death Cause – Alan Davies, a former player and coach who was better known by his beloved moniker Dago, passed away recently. It is possible that a great number of people are already aware of this unfortunate event. Dago was the coach of the Usk rfc on two different occasions during his time there. At the turn of the century, we launched our first round of tour planning, commencing with trips to Hong Kong and the United States.
In addition, he is well-known for his colorful personality off the field in his capacity as a player. The greatest way to sum it up was how it was described by a member of the Usk RFC: “Simple and honest, and despite a rough exterior, he cared more for every player that donned a Usk shirt than many will understand.” This is an excellent interpretation of the situation. I have a feeling that I’m going to miss him a lot.
Then, following his return, he was successful in the cup competition, and then, in 2016, he guided his team to promotion for the first time in recent history when he was the coach. This is perhaps the most important accomplishment of his career. An extremely well-liked person who is well-known for his colorful personality off the field as well as his captivating nature and smart pre-game team speeches in his job as a coach.
The family would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has reached out to them with kind words and wonderful memories to share with them since their recent loss. On Tuesday, April 11, at 11.30 in the morning, there will be a memorial service held for Alan at the Gwent Crematorium Croesyceiliog.
